Hocking Hills Old Man's Cave

April is the best time to view Old Man's Cave and the Waterfalls of Hocking County, Ohio.  The leaves are just budding and the views are phenomenal.  Wear appropriate hiking shoes as the rocks can be slick from rain. We carry bottled water and hard candy, the Old Man's Cave hike took us about one and a half hours to do.  There is a lot of stair and rock climbing, if you take children urge them to stay on the trails and to be cautious.  Above all, enjoy the views!  Check out the hotels, cabins and campgrounds while you are there.  We enjoy the Top of the Caves Campground.  You won't find better singing than in their little church on the grounds on a Sunday morning.
